Month-Of Coordination (Day-Of)

You have a good grasp on your planning up to one month out, and you are ready to confidently hand things over to your event professionals. It is our job to make sure everything goes as planned as we work out the logistics ahead of time. We will make decisions on your behalf to keep things running smoothly all day. 

• Take over all vendor communication the month before wedding to confirm all logistical and creative details

• One Day-Of Coordinator and one Assistant

• Ensure nothing has been missed during the planning process and provide risk management plans for any issues that may arise

• Support in finding any additional vendors needed

• Development of order of events

• Custom day-of timeline to distribute to all vendors 

• Act as Day-Of Coordinator and contact on the wedding day for any issues, questions, or day-of tasks

  • Transporting decor items to ceremony and reception spaces for set up and tear down

  • Ceremony coordination & coordination of rehearsal

  • Execution of wedding day timeline

  • Gathering all decor items, gifts, leftovers, etc. and packing them up for you

  • Arranging payments and tips for third party vendors

  • We will be the first ones on site and last to leave. Unlimited hours of service to supervise for the day-of

Partial Service Planning & Coordination

You all have already started the wedding planning process. You have probably booked your venue and other vendors, but you are to the point where you are ready to hand off the reins.  We will pick up where you have left off planning and become the point of contact for all your vendors and future vendors. We will be your personal research team and handle all the complex elements. Based on 50 guests or more.

• Comprehensive support starting at six months out from your wedding date

• Support in finding additional vendors, getting multiple quotes and handling communication with potential vendors

• Third party vendor management, be available at all meetings

• Creative direction and budget planning

• Keeping you informed of timelines and deadlines, contact you with things only you can manage
