    Lauren

    As co-founder of Bourbon City Events, Lauren brings years of event experience, creative direction, and a strong knowledge of the Kentucky event industry to every celebration. A University of Kentucky alum, she specializes in bringing together the details, vendors, and design elements that turn a client’s vision into a memorable event.

    Known for being detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, Lauren loves finding creative solutions and making sure her clients feel supported throughout the planning process. Her work is rooted in creating events that feel elevated, personal, and genuinely reflective of the people behind them.

    Outside of Bourbon City Events, Lauren is a mom, coffee lover, and Chicago-area native who now calls Lexington home.

    Lydia

    As co-founder and owner of Bourbon City Events, Lydia is known for her organization, thoughtful communication, and ability to make even the most detailed events run seamlessly. She brings a calm, intentional approach to every celebration, helping clients feel supported and confident throughout the planning process.

    Lydia’s goal is for her clients to enjoy every aspect of planning and feel truly present on their most important days. Whether she’s planning a conference, gala, or celebration, she brings creativity, thoughtful ideas, and a strong focus on client and guest experience to every event.

    A University of Kentucky alumna, Lydia never misses cheering on the Cats. She is an avid traveler and Libra at heart. When she’s not crafting seamless celebrations, you can find her browsing Zillow and enjoying a latte.
